On the morning of July 24, the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission organized a promotion meeting for the preparatory work of the 2025 Guangzhou Medical Expo, aiming to further mobilize health commissions of all districts and public Grade III Level A hospitals in Guangzhou, and fully deploy the exhibition participation work for the expo. Li Tiegang, Party member and deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission, Deng Xijin, director of the Pharmaceutical Administration Division, as well as leaders of health commissions of all districts, and principal and deputy leading officials of Grade III Level A hospitals in Guangzhou attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Director Deng Xijin gave a detailed introduction to the basic information and exhibition plan of the Guangzhou Medical Expo. He emphasized that the Guangzhou Medical Expo is not only a platform for medical technology exchange, but also an important window for medical and health institutions to showcase their strength and promote industrial cooperation. At the meeting, Deng Xijin focused on elaborating on the contents that medical and health institutions can display at the expo, including but not limited to new technologies, new projects, new equipment, GCP, IIT, LDT, IVD, achievement transformation, and in-hospital preparations. They can act as both demanders and suppliers, providing rich display ideas for participating medical institutions.   Subsequently, Director Li Tiegang delivered an important speech and made comprehensive arrangements for the preparatory work of the Guangzhou Medical Expo.   01 Full participation to demonstrate industry responsibility   All Grade III Level A hospitals in the city are required to participate in this grand event in the medical and health field, contributing to the development of Guangzhou's biomedical industry.   02 Leadership participation to show attention   Each hospital must be led by leaders such as the president or vice president to attend the Guangzhou Medical Expo, participate in activities, visit the exhibition area and conduct other interactive exchanges.   03 Joint exhibition to build brand advantages   Integrate high-quality medical resources in Guangzhou and build a Guangzhou medical brand through the form of "strong alliance".   04 Clear goals to send positive signals   Through the platform of the Guangzhou Medical Expo, demonstrate the determination and strength of Guangzhou's biomedical industry development, and send a positive signal of win-win cooperation to the whole country and even the world.   At the end of the meeting, Li Tiegang pointed out that the Guangzhou Medical Expo is not only a display window, but also an important opportunity to promote the in-depth integration of "medicine, industry, academia, research and application". All medical institutions should take the initiative to connect with biomedical enterprises, promote the transformation of innovative achievements, and contribute to Guangzhou's efforts to build a world-class highland of the health industry.
